- Commercial: Restaurant, Retail store, Office Building, Massage store, Medical building.
- Architectural design, Structural plan and calculations, Electrical plans, Lighting plans, Mechanical plans, Plumbing plans and Title 24.
Designing process:
- Conducting a site visit to meet the owner and collaborate on a design
- Designed schematic plans according to clients’ requests, after conducting consultation conferences
- Providing complete construction documents (Architectural plan, Structural plan, Mechanical plan, Electrical plan, Pluming plan, Title 24) and specifications in compliance with the California Code
- Submit drawing to Building Department and Revise plans as required by Building Department.
- Providing building permit and zoning assistance as requested
- Providing storm water management and erosion & sedimentation plans as required by the local municipality
